MORE2LIFE Private Group Training allows you to train with a small group of people (friends, family, work colleagues) while still getting the benefits of working closely with a Personal Trainer. These sessions are not your traditional Bootcamp or group fitness classes, with session numbers capped at a maximum of 5 people, all getting individual attention from your Personal Trainer.
It is a fun and effective way to train, for a fraction of the price in a social and challenging environment.
