Grant can cater to any specific sports training as well as general fitness and wellbeing. Grant has been physically active all his life and spent 35 years in competitive sports. He represented Tasmania in Mixed Martial Arts, he finished the Busselton Ironman in Western Australia and many half marathons.

Grant is a great friendly knowledgable Personal Trainer that just wants to make people fit, happy and healthy.
