What’s your favourite exercise? And which one do you avoid?

Anything strength based and I also do boxing, which gets the heart rate up.
I enjoy soccer which I play every Friday night, as this is the best cardio workout for me.

When not working, where can you be found, what are you up to?

My favourite thing to do to relax is spending quality time with my family
