Why do you love what you do?
Watching people reach milestones and achieve their goals is incredibly rewarding; everyone starts somewhere and watching my clients implement changes in their lifestyle choices and begin feeling amazing in all aspects of their life brings me so much joy.

What’s your favourite exercise? And which one do you avoid?
Favourite- Boxing! The world’s greatest stress-relief.
One I prefer to avoid- Hill sprints.
When not working, where can you be found, what are you up to?
Studying for my Masters in Health and Exercise Psychology, hiking, dancing around my house to fantastic 80s music, cooking and enjoying the company of friends and family- preferably at the beach!
What’s your special talent, quirk, party trick or special sauce that makes you awesome?
Bad dancing as a form of motivation…and fabulous song choices.
