I decided to become a personal trainer after my life was transformed through exercise and healthy eating. I went from being overweight and hating exercise to being healthy, happy and actually enjoying exercise. I discovered the amazing benefits of exercise, both mentally and physically.
I believe that there is no quick fix to getting fit and healthy, it takes hard work and determination, but with the right help, anything is possible no matter how hard it may seem.
