Our team of Personal Trainers service all over Brisbane, including Brisbane Bayside, Redlands, Brisbane North and South suburbs and beyond.

If we don’t have a trainer that operates in your exact suburb, we are sure to have one that isn’t far away.

Do I Need My Own Equipment?

You don’t need any equipment at all. Your Personal Trainer will provide all the equipment you will need for your Training sessions. Sessions can include anything from – boxing, skipping, running, resistance training with dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, resistance bands and body weight…  just to name a few things.

If you do have your own exercise equipment, your trainer will also show you a range of exercises, as well as a complete home workout program that you can complete outside of your personal training sessions to achieve even better results!

Our goal is to set you up for life, to give you the skills and confidence to exercise regularly for the rest of your life.

How do I pay for my Personal Training?

We various options available for clients undertaking regular personal training with MORE2LIFE Personal Training. Most of our clients opt for either a weekly or fortnightly direct debit. Alternatively, you can purchase packs of sessions.
