MORE2LIFE Personal Training provides professional Mobile Personal Training to all Brisbane South East, Bayside and Redland suburbs. We pride ourselves on the commitment we make to each and every client and session, providing support, motivation, inspiration and fun. Working in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer is more than a paying job, it’s a choice to give people the opportunity to change their lives.

As a MORELIFE Personal Trainer you will:

  • Work your own hours – you will be required to commit to some peak times/days
  • Be mature, professional and personable
  • Be a good communicator and attentive
  • Have a working knowledge of human anatomy and the concepts of functional exercise, basic nutrition and fundamental principles of exercise science
  • Have an ability to design and execute individual and small group exercise fitness programs, tailored to the needs and attainable goals of the individual, in a safe and effective way
  • Have an understanding for the need and importance of screening and client assessment; proficiency in conducting these evaluations initially and progressively
  • Have a desire to help clients reach their health and fitness goals through appropriate cardiovascular, flexibility and resistance exercise
  • Have an ability to motivate others in an encouraging and uplifting way towards improving their overall fitness and health
  • Have a dedication to maintaining personal integrity, client confidentiality and professional standards for best practice

MORE2LIFE Personal Trainer minimum requirements:

  • Certificate III and IV in Fitness
  • Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
  • Current Fitness Australia Registration
  • Valid insurance
  • Personal ABN
  • A reliable vehicle and a driver’s license
  • Your own equipment

What M2L provide:

  • All marketing, sales and clients
  • Flexibility to work days/hours that suit you – work as much or as little as you want
  • Client management
  • Mobile Personal Training sessions (1-on-1, 2-on-1, Small Groups). You train at the clients home or preferred location
  • All Trainers work as contractors and are paid on a per session basis weekly
