My objective as a Personal Trainer is to enable, empower and support my clients towards reaching their fitness and lifestyle goals. I endeavour to make healthy living a part of everyone’s lifestyle – Being Fit and Healthy is about a lifestyle choice not a quick fix!

I love motivating and inspiring my clients but most of all I love seeing my clients achieve their goals, and to see the profound impact of being healthy has on their lives is truly rewarding!

My Background: I completed my Certificate III and IV in Fitness in 2007 and completed Bachelor of Psychology in 2016. I spent 10 years dancing at an elite level and naturally my strengths in training are in core stability, strength and conditioning for women. I incorporate functional strength work with a Pilates floor work as a focus to ensure my clients are strong from within! I have worked extensively with clients requiring rehabilitation and have ongoing health concerns.  I am also a qualified boxing trainer so my sessions are always fun with lots of variety and they are specifically tailored to suit my clients individual needs.
